Physician Leader: $50k Retention + 1st Yr $25k Annual Quality Bonus Guaranteed!

Harmony Cares is one of the nation’s largest home-based primary care practices with 37 Medical Groups across 14 states and growing. We are seeking a Physician Pod Leader to deliver quality and compassionate healthcare within proven care models to elderly individuals and patients with complex medical issues. This role will partner with the Regional Medical Director, Operations Leadership, and Clinical Education to launch a new Medical Group in Memphis.

Annual Bonus and Sign-on bonus

• The Physician delivers primary health care and patient care management in a residential setting.

• Experience in Geriatrics or complex patients preferred
• Active/unrestricted medical license and DEA
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• EMR experience

• Supportive, collaborative team structure

• Week is divided between clinical oversight of 2 APPs and hands-on patient care of a small panel
• 30-45 minute patient visits
