Allergy & Immunology opening in Chattanooga, TN - Highly Incentivised - Opportunity located in Chattanooga, TN - Permanent position - Full-time - Seeking BC/BE - New Grads welcome to apply! - Desired

Schedule:

3-5 days/week - Satellite offices in Jasper and Cleveland - no more than 1 day/week in satellite location

Benefits:

Competitive salary commensurate with experience - Multiple compensation models (Higher salary negotiable for this location)
Signing bonus ($10-20k) - More for this location can be negotiated

Vacation time:
Typically 4 weeks (based on days worked/week), though negotiable if on a % of collections model

No true partnership model, but for those reaching a certain threshold for collections, we have the option to buy private stock in the company

Overview:

Busy practice with support from multiple nurse practitioners

EMR: IMS/Meditrab Patients Per Day:
Typical template is 6-7 initial visits, 12-13 Follow-ups; some flexibility

Call: split between providers in the region; no in-hospital call - phone calls only

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient evaluations to diagnose and treat allergies, asthma, and immunological disorders.

Perform and interpret allergy tests, including skin prick tests, patch tests, and blood tests.

Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and medical history.

Prescribe medications, immunotherapy, and other therapeutic interventions to manage allergic conditions.

Educate patients and their families about allergy triggers, avoidance strategies, and self-management techniques.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, pulmonologists, and ENT specialists, to provide comprehensive patient care.

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Stay current with advances in allergy and immunology research, treatment modalities, and industry trends through continuous learning and professional development activities.
