Setting: Partial Hospitalization (PHP) / Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Program

We are seeking an experienced Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary behavioral health team in Chattanooga, Tennessee
. The ideal candidate will provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for patients participating in our Suboxone-based addiction treatment program
, as well as clinical oversight for our PHP and IOP levels of care
.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for patients receiving Suboxone and related therapies.
• Provide medical directorship and clinical oversight for the PHP/IOP programs.
• Supervise and collaborate with midlevel providers (NPs/PAs) to ensure quality of care and compliance with treatment protocols.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and provide input on patient care planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Promote an integrated, patient-centered approach to behavioral health and substance use recovery.

• MD or DO with active Tennessee medical license.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
• DEA license with Suboxone (buprenorphine) waiver.
• Prior experience in addiction medicine, PHP/IOP, or dual-diagnosis settings preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
