Position: School Psychologist
Location: Chattanooga, TN
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract (School Year )
Compensation Packages:
- Local Candidates: $43–55 per hour
- Travel Candidates: Weekly take-home $1543–1743, equivalent to $55–60 per hour (low taxable base rate supplemented by housing and meal stipends).

Typical Duties of a School Psychologist:
- Conduct psycho educational assessments, functional behavior assessments, and evaluations
- Support IEP development and participate in eligibility meetings
- Provide counseling, intervention strategies, and crisis response
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Ensure compliance with IDEA, Section 504, and Tennessee Department of Education policies
Requirements (Tennessee):
- Masters, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Tennessee Department of Education School Psychologist license (or eligibility)
- Familiarity with RTI (Response to Instruction and Intervention) and evidence-based practices
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
