We have a positive school climate and culture for our faculty and students, where we consider ourselves a family and do whatever it takes to ensure that our students are successful.

We are a previous turnaround school that has made drastic improvements within the past few years. Some accomplishments of Clifton Hills include being recognized as a state of Tennessee Level 5 school and a Model Demonstration School for Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), Expeditionary Learning Credentialed School, as well as exiting the state's priority list. Our teachers enjoy numerous opportunities to improve their craft through individualized professional development.

• Positive, student-focused educators with strong content and classroom management skills

• Experience in Title I or high-need school settings is a plus
• Passion for supporting the whole child academically and socially

• Bachelor's degree required
• Valid Tennessee teaching license in Elementary Education (K‑5) OR current enrollment in an accredited teacher preparation program

• Salary Scale based on education and experience – starting at $50,000.00
• Eligible positions may qualify for additional pay under the Differentiated Compensation Plan
