The Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences is a Paideia-focused magnet school that serves grades K-12, with our lower school comprised of grades K-5. We value family involvement, ongoing teacher learning, and collaboration. We encourage our teachers to take advantage of PD opportunities, which are differentiated and specific in order to ensure that our diverse students have what they need to be educated and engaged citizens of the world.

• Positive, student-focused educators with strong content and classroom management skills
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Committed to high expectations and academic achievement for all students
• Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous growth
• Experience in Title I or high-need school settings is a plus
• Passion for supporting the whole child academically and socially

• Bachelor's degree required
• Valid Tennessee teaching license in Elementary Education (K-5) OR current enrollment in an accredited teacher preparation program

• Salary Scale based on education and experience – starting at $50,000.00
• Eligible positions may qualify for additional pay under the Differentiated Compensation Plan
