The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga invites distinguished applicants for the Judaic Studies Chair of Excellence. This is a 9-month tenure-track appointment at the rank of associate or full professor in the Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies, with expedited tenure considered.
The start date for the position is August 1, 2027. The chair holder will teach Judaic Studies courses, develop public programs related to the chair holder’s research, and manage a 3–4 course per year
