About The Role:

As an Entry-Level Geologist
, you will support a variety of civil, geotechnical, and environmental design projects for clients across the energy, industrial, and government sectors. You'll gain valuable field and office experience while working under the supervision of a Licensed Geologist and helping to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

  • Field and Office Project Support: Conduct field and office work for geotechnical explorations, hydrogeologic investigations, environmental sampling, and other site activities including boring layouts, borehole drilling, soil classification, monitoring well installation, and in-situ testing.
  • Data Evaluation and Reporting: Prepare data tables, graphs, and written summaries comparing environmental findings to regulatory standards and supporting project documentation.
  • Sampling and Classification: Collect soil, groundwater, and gas samples; classify soils and rock in the field; and support chemical analysis efforts.
  • Inspections and Communication: Perform construction and environmental inspections while maintaining clear and professional communication with internal teams, vendors, and external clients.
About You:
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Geology or a closely related field
  • You have a Geologist-in-Training (GIT) certification, or are working toward one
  • You are eligible to pursue your Professional Geologist (PG) license within 4-5 years
  • You have strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
You Are Willing and Able to:

Perform the physical demands of the position with the use of company-provided Personal Protective Equipment such as:

  • Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Traveling out of town (typically overnight) as required for project assignments
  • Working outside of normal business hours when necessary
