$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a new manufacturing client in the Chattanooga area to recruit and hire a full‑time Industrial Project Engineer.

• Lead manufacturing projects from concept through implementation
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, vendors, and contractors
• Support equipment installation, testing, validation, and commissioning
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Create and update technical documentation and reports, track KPIs, and communicate project status to stakeholders

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience leading manufacturing or industrial projects
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross‑functional teams
• Proficiency with CAD software and project management tools
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

• Annual base salary in the $80k range
