Base pay range$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a new manufacturing client in the Chattanooga area to recruit and hire a full‑time Industrial Project Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead manufacturing projects from concept through implementation
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, vendors, and contractors
- Support equipment installation, testing, validation, and commissioning
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Create and update technical documentation and reports, track KPIs, and communicate project status to stakeholders
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience leading manufacturing or industrial projects
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross‑functional teams
- Proficiency with CAD software and project management tools
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
- Annual base salary in the $80k range
