Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a manufacturing client in the Chattanooga, TN area to find a full-time Quality Engineer
.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve quality or production issues
• Develop and maintain inspection standards for service parts
• Resolve Supplier Quality Performance issues
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and internal quality concerns
• Lead quality activities, including FMEA, PPAP, SPC, and failure analysis
• Support internal, customer, and IATF audits; lead audit readiness efforts
• Provide support to Quality Technicians and other staff as needed
• Track and report monthly internal and external PPM metrics; identify trends and support corrective actions
• Participate in Kaizen/continuous improvement efforts
• Other activities as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of quality engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Automotive industry experience is preferred
