The Estimator will be a critical member of our Inside Sales team, responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for RFQs related to nuclear‑grade machined and fabricated components. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of machine and fabrication shop operations, and a strong grasp of nuclear industry standards.

• Analyze customer RFQs for nuclear parts and prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to assess manufacturing feasibility and timelines.
• Ensure all estimates align with nuclear quality standards and compliance requirements.

• 10+ years of experience in machine shop and fabrication shop estimating.
• Strong familiarity with nuclear manufacturing standards (NQA-1, ASME, etc.) is preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in cost estimation.
