STV is seeking a Full-Time Civil Roadway Engineer in either Franklin or Chattanooga, TN. The role offers leadership over roadway design, interaction with clients, and mentoring of junior staff within a growing transportation practice.
You will develop highway geometry, drainage, signing/striping, and utility coordination, guiding projects from schematic through PS&E to construction while maintaining quality and schedule. A TN PE license and Open Roads/Geopak experience are preferred.
