Structural Engineer; Data Centers

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in structural design, analysis, and project delivery, and will serve as the structural lead and Engineer of Recordfor Mission Critical/Data Centers projects. This role is ideal for a licensed engineer who thrives in a technical leadership position, enjoys mentoring junior staff, and collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams.

• Serves as Structural Lead and Engineer of Record for projects
• Performs and oversees structural analysis and design ofsteel, concrete, masonry, and foundation structures
• Directs and mentors Junior Engineers and Structural Designers, providing technical guidance and quality control
• Prepares and reviews calculations, drawings,specifications, and technical reports for accuracy and constructability
• Coordinates with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery
• Provides technical guidance on project scope, budgets,and schedules for assignments
• Conducts site visits and construction observations tosupport design intent and resolve field issues
• Completes assignments within budget and schedule while working with design teams involving multiple disciplines
• Provides career development mentoring to early-career engineers
• Assists in client contact and communication, and attends client meetings
• Remains informed of new developments and requirements affecting the organization for the purpose of recommending changes in programs or applications
• Assists with the preparation of proposals
• Stays current with applicable codes, standards, andbest practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Performs other duties as required

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a focus on Structures from an ABET accredited university
• Master’s degree in Structural Engineering strongly preferred
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from concept to completion
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) registration
• Structural Engineer (SE) registration strongly preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience, 10+ years preferred
• Experience with Mission Critical/Data Center projects

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret job-related manuals and documents
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Autodesk Revit
• Strong knowledge of building codes (IBC, ASCE, AISC, ACI)
• Excellent communication,leadership, and problem-solving skills
