Job Summary
The Clinical Pastoral Education Resident will provide pastoral care and crisis intervention to patients, their families, and employees of Erlanger as a chaplain resident in clinical pastoral education.
Department Position SummaryThe Pastoral Clinical Care Resident will provide pastoral care and crisis intervention to patients and their families, and employees. The role includes 24‑hour on‑call duty as assigned and supporting the Department of Pastoral Care. Responsibilities include interdisciplinary collaboration, leading small groups, overseeing hospital‑based worship, and building community relations.
Qualifications- B.A. or equivalent (required)
- M.Div. or equivalent (preferred)
- Completion of at least one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (preferred)
- License/Certification/Registration – none required
