Base pay range: $76,000ву – $82,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have experience in outside sales/business development in the healthcare industry, preferably with a background in cold calling customers in pharmaceuticals, medical device sales, hospitals, home health, hospice, or long‑term care.
TerritoryHamilton and Bradley County.

Responsibilities- Educate health care professionals, patients, and families about home care services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources, such as hospitals, nursing homes鈪 and physician offices, to generate leads.
- Coordinate patient admissions with the team, including obtaining required documentation to complete the referral‑to‑admission process.
- Conduct on‑site visits to assess patient needs and identify barriers to care.
- Keep accurate records of patient interactions and referrals.
- Achieve admissions, product, and payor‑mix goals.
- Meet short‑ and long‑term target account goals.
- Document the minimum expectation of sales calls daily in CRM (including pre‑ and post‑call notes).
- Maintain a complete, up‑to‑date record of targeted referral sources in the territory in CRM.
- Attend community events to promote Amedisys.
- Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- At least one year of experience in a healthcare‑related business development/outreach role. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
Reliable transportation, current driver’s license, and liability insurance.
This role will travel 50% or more within the assigned territory.
