Schedule: Five days weekly, Monday through Friday. No nights or weekends.
Estimated Annual Compensation: $78,997 to $93,596, including base salary plus productivity. Productivity earnings are uncapped.
Healthcare Recruiters International is recruiting a licensed therapist to provide behavioral health services to older adults in skilled nursing, assisted living and other post acute care settings.
This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, clinical autonomy and administrative support. Patient care is onsite, with remote documentation available.
ResponsibilitiesComplete clinical assessments and diagnoses.
Provide individual psychotherapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and adjustment concerns.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
Cover facilities across Chattanooga, Copperhill, Dunlap, Monteagle and Pittsburg.
Active, unrestricted Tennessee LPC/MHSP or LMFT license
.Eligible for independent practice and billing.
At least one year of psychotherapy experience.
Experience with older adults or post acute care preferred.
LCSWs are not eligible for this opening.
