Pathway Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Counselor to deliver evidence-based therapies for mental health and substance use disorders. You will work with medications-assisted treatment and counseling to support recovery and well-being.
The role includes conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and documenting patient progress. Office and Tele Health options are available, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 25+ hour patient-facing week target.
