The Element by Westin in Chattanooga is seeking a friendly and professional Part-time Weekend Hotel Guest Service Representative to join our front desk team. If you have prior hotel experience and enjoy providing exceptional guest service, we want to hear from you!

As a Guest Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in/check-out process. You will assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and any needs during their stay, maintaining the high standards of The Element by Westin brand.

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel’s reservation system.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

• Previous hotel front desk or guest service experience is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work part-time on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

Part-time weekend shifts available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Shift options include 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts.
