Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize all dishware, cookware, and utensils by hand or using commercial dishwashing equipment
- Polish stainless steel and silverware to hotel presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, kitchen floors, walls, vents, and work surfaces
- Clean spills promptly to ensure a safe kitchen environment
- Empty, clean, and return trash bins as needed
- Assist with deep cleaning and special cleaning projects
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel or kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment
- Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and teamwork
