Full-time 2nd Shift Front Desk Agent

Shift2nd Shift (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM), Monday through Friday
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Element Hotel in Chattanooga, TN. This is a full-time position working the 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel's front desk system.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Manage reservations and room assignments accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work the 2nd shift (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM), Open availability
- Proficient with front desk software and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
