We are currently seeking a
Full-Time Front Desk Representative
to join our team at the Holiday Inn in downtown Chattanooga. If you’re passionate about hospitality, committed to delivering top-tier guest service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!
Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth
Check guests in and out using proper procedures
Answer incoming phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
Make and manage reservations
Provide prompt and courteous service, resolving any issues to ensure guest satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:Previous hotel front desk experience required
Experience with
Opera PMS
is strongly preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Must have open availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
