Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site role for a Human Resources professional, located in Chattanooga, TN. Responsibilities include managing HR processes, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. The role also focuses on fostering a positive work environment and addressing employee inquiries while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Qualifications- Experience in Human Resources (HR), including a solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Skills in HR Management and implementing HR Policies effectively.
- Expertise in overseeing Employee Benefits and managing associated processes.
- Strong Personnel Management skills to support employee relations and organizational needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR) is a plus.

- Systems administration
- Oversee hourly payroll processing calendar, ensure processed timely
- Maintain salaried manager payroll processing
- Garnishments/Child Support/Court Orders (submitted to Paycom for processing)
- State/Fed Census/BLS reporting
- Wage and Hour rules, Tipped Workers
- Employee census data (annual July 1 schedule)
- Employee eligibility review
