As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for overseeing staffing optimization, labor management, scheduling support, and workforce analytics across multiple senior living communities. Key Responsibilities Workforce Planning- Monitor staffing levels across all communities
- Forecast staffing needs based on census, acuity, and occupancy
- Maintain position control and vacancy reporting
- Partner with community leaders on workforce plans
- Support community schedulers with open-shift management
- Coordinate regional float-pool resources
- Monitor overtime and premium pay utilization
- Assist with emergency staffing coverage
- Monitor staffing compliance requirements
- Ensure scheduling practices align with wage and hour laws
- Support audits related to staffing and labor reporting
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years in healthcare staffing, workforce management, HR, scheduling, or senior living operations
- Experience with UKG, OnShift, Smartlinx, Kronos, Workday, or similar workforce management platforms;
Smart Linx preferred - Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Multi-site healthcare or senior living experience preferred
