nVent seeks an HR Specialist to provide comprehensive human resources support and coordinate onboarding, records management, and HR transactions. You will assist with compliance, employee relations, and benefits while maintaining confidential information.
The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of HR experience, strong admin skills, and familiarity with Workday and HRIS systems. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
