Key Responsibilities- Configure and maintain Microsoft Server Operating Systems and network components.
- Support desktop and server application distribution using Microsoft Update, Intune, AVD, scripting, and Group Policy.
- Deploy, manage, and maintain IT solutions, including Windows servers and Cloud systems.
- Design, support, and implement Microsoft Active Directory Services and Azure Active Directory.
- Define, implement, and enforce security frameworks for existing and new systems.
- Implement anti-virus and anti-malware solutions.
- Use ITIL best practices to plan, document, and transition services.
- Support infrastructure solutions such as SQL Server, Intune, Azure, AWS, Office
365, App Sense, Azure Files, Illumio, Sentinel One, CheckPoints, Palo Alto. - Assist in inventory control and asset management.
- Plan and implement disaster recovery.
- Respond to end‑user issues routed by the IT Help Desk Analysts.
- Recommend patches, reconfigurations, and new products.
- Provide technical assistance internally and to firm users, including on‑call duty and special projects.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement technology solutions.
- Continuously pursue self‑education.
- Document processes for the Engineering and Administration team.
- Partner with the Security team to manage security‑related applications.
- 4‑year degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Five years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Experience managing technology and infrastructure projects.
- Keyboarding skills and familiarity with computer software and network systems.
Employee may be stationary for prolonged periods, required to inspect information on a computer screen at least 80% of the time, and on occasion lift 25–35 pounds.
Compensation and BenefitsEmployees receive compensation commensurate with skill and experience. Compensation ranges vary by state, examples below:
- California: $82,000–$156,000
- Colorado: $75,000–$134,000
- Illinois: $74,000–$143,000
- Maryland: $79,000–$120,000
- Massachusetts: $82,000–$156,000
- Minnesota: $82,000–$135,000
- New Jersey (Jersey City): $89,000–$161,000
- New York: $76,000–$164,000
- Vermont: $81,000–$155,000
- Washington: $79,000–$150,000
- District of Columbia: $106,000–$155,000
