What You’ll Do- Design, develop, and support applications written in RPG Free / RPGLE on IBM i
- Enhance and maintain a customized ERP environment
- Work across multiple business systems including operational, inventory, and financial processes
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement system improvements
- Collaborate with internal developers and business users
- Participate in documentation and knowledge transfer activities
- 7+ years of RPG development on IBM i / AS400
- Experience with RPG Free / RPGLE
- Working knowledge of DB2 for i and embedded SQL
- Experience supporting complex, long-lived business systems
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite) in Calhoun, GA
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments
- Exposure to ERP systems (custom or commercial)
- Experience with CL, service programs, procedures, or modern IBM i tooling (RDi, Git, change management tools)
