We are looking for a VP of IT to lead a growing PE backed company. This role oversees technology strategy, QAD ERP, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and digital transformation, and manages a global team. This is an onsite role with relocation provided if needed.

What We’re Looking For

• 15–20+ years in IT leadership
• Strategic and very hands-on leadership
• Private Equity experience (must-have)
• QAD ERP expertise
• Must relocate to Chattanooga or commute daily
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Set and execute an IT strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead and optimize the QAD ERP platform and related systems
• Oversee infrastructure, networks, cloud services, and cybersecurity
• Establish IT governance, standards, and global processes
• Drive workflow improvements and digital transformation

This role will include base, bonus, and equity components.
