The opportunity

Clients retain IRM Managed Services to assist them with transforming their risk functions and providing operational support for technology solutions to provide the executive leadership with valuable insight for decision making. As an IRM professional you will belong to a globally connected team of specialists delivering services from our Dallas Service Center.

Your

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage IRM service center delivery around GRC offerings.
  • Support ongoing maintenance and enhancement requirements for our clients.
  • Supervise daily activities of 8-12 service center Tier 1 or 2 Analysts.
  • Manage project/engagement budgets for IRM service center capabilities.
  • Support development of policies and procedures to guide IRM service center activities.
  • Assist IRM service center manager with project planning and identification of opportunities to improve delivery of services.
  • Communicate issues and seek support in a timely manner to eliminate roadblocks and drive collaboration, speed, innovation, and excellence.
  • Maintain a professional communicative relationship with IRM engagement team utilizing IRM service center support.
  • Provide timely, comprehensive, and accurate information in both written and verbal communication.
To qualify for the role
  • 2+ years of relative development experience as a System Administrator.
  • Archer Certified Administrator – Specialist or Archer Certified Administrator – Expert (formerly Archer Certified Professional).
  • Experience with data feeds, APIs, and other integrations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of and prior experience applying risk management fundamentals.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Past experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects/work streams.
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve.
  • Team-focused mentality with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude, seeking improvement opportunities that positively impact the business.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional image and approach.
  • Decision-making capabilities, with the ability to weigh pros and cons of potential actions and identify the most appropriate one.
Ideally, you’d also have
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related area of study.
  • Prior military experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level clearance or higher.
  • Past experience mentoring and developing personnel.
  • Service Now

    Certifications:

    Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Proficiency with scripting and data integration within the Service Now platform.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience.
Benefits

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package rewarded based on performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. Base salary ranges: $86,500–$142,700 (US). Additional details include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

Our hybrid model expects most external client serving roles to work together in person 40–60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Flexible vacation policy gives you discretion to decide how much vacation time you need based on your personal circumstances.
