We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. You’ll support our growth as we expand offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and more.

· Assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes.

· Minimize risk through proactive counseling.

· Represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.

· Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks in the US and abroad.

• Eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills
• Strong academic and professional background
• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus
