Litigation Associate

Our firm is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Litigation Associate and Personal Injury Pre‑Litigation Associate to join our Chattanooga office. The ideal candidate will have experience handling civil litigation matters, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

• Assist in all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on complex issues.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials under supervision.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally.
• Manage case files and deadlines to ensure timely progress.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee (or eligible for admission).
• 2–4 years of litigation experience, preferably in civil or commercial litigation.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

• Familiarity with Tennessee state and federal court procedures.
• Experience with electronic discovery and case management software.
• Strong interpersonal and client service skills.
