Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for a fully onsite, contract-to-permanent opportunity with our client in Chattanooga. This is a full‑time role, Monday - Friday, during standard business hours.

• Drafting legal documents, correspondence, memos, etc.
• Drafting various pleadings and incorporating documents
• Trial preparation, including organizing discovery documents, preparing exhibits, bates labeling, and organizing client files.
• Filing and recording documents with the appropriate offices/courts.
• Maintaining client documents and emails in client work spaces.
• Preparation of case notebooks and deposition summaries.

• 3+ years of relevant paralegal experience, ideally in a law firm setting.
