Crow Estate Planning & Probate, PLC is a well-established and rapidly growing estate planning law firm with multiple offices across Tennessee and Kentucky. We focus exclusively on estate planning, probate, conservatorships, and closely related practice areas.
The PositionWe are seeking a experienced estate planning and probate attorney (5+ years experience) to anchor our expansion into the Chattanooga market
. This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys client interaction, values long-term relationships, and is interested in helping establish our presence in a new geographic market. We do not currently have a physical office in Chattanooga, but this role is intended to lead that growth.
This is a client-facing, relationship-driven position. Our attorneys meet with clients regularly and are expected to communicate clearly, confidently, and compassionately. Candidates who prefer minimal client contact or a purely back-office role are unlikely to be a good fit.
You will work closely with firm leadership while operating with a high degree of autonomy as we build our Chattanooga footprint.
Practice Areas- Estate planning (wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney)
- Probate administration and representation of personal representatives
- Conservatorships and guardian ships
- Business succession and entity formation
- Limited real estate work related to probate and estate planning matters
- Licensed Tennessee attorney with 5+ years of meaningful experience in estate planning and probate
- Strong working knowledge of federal estate, gift, capital gains, and GST tax concepts
- Comfortable meeting with multiple clients per day in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communicator who can translate complex legal issues into practical guidance
- High integrity, low ego, and genuinely client-focused
- Interest in helping grow a new geographic market for the firm
- LLM in Tax or Estate Planning, CPA, or significant estate-planning concentration in practice or law school
- Experience with Wealth Counsel
Candidates attempting to transition from unrelated practice areas (e.g., criminal defense or personal injury) are unlikely to be a good fit.

Starting at $150,000
