** Overview
* * The Supply Chain Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, executing, and reporting on critical supply chain projects. This position will work with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
** Key Responsibilities
**** Project Planning and Execution
*** Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables for supply chain initiatives.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
* Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
** Supply Chain Optimization
*** Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs across the supply chain.
* Analyze data to uncover bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
* Lead initiatives on procurement, inventory management, transportation, and distribution optimization.
** Cross-Functional Collaboration
*** Work closely with procurement, logistics, operations, and finance teams to align project goals.
* Facilitate regular project meetings to ensure clear communication and accountability.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related updates and issue resolution.
** Risk Management
*** Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Track and address project risks and issues to minimize disruptions.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
** Performance Monitoring and Reporting
*** Create and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to inform decisions.
* Document lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement.
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, or a related role.
* Lean 6-Sigma Blackbelt trained (preferred).
* Experience in managing large-scale supply chain projects, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project or similar) and supply chain software (e.g., JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, Power Bi or similar).
* In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution
* Strong MS-Office skills & experience
* Strong numerical & analytical skills
* Foundry Experience is a Plus
