Logistics Coordinator

Our client is experiencing significant growth within its Dedicated Operations division and is seeking four Logistics Coordinators to join the team. This role combines customer service, transportation operations, and account management, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy building relationships, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts while partnering closely with operations teams and Fleet Managers to ensure freight moves efficiently and customers receive exceptional service.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily communication for assigned customer accounts.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing contact for transportation and service-related needs.
• Build and maintain loads within transportation systems.
• Track freight and provide timely shipment updates.
• Coordinate with Fleet Managers, drivers, and operations teams to ensure service expectations are met.
• Resolve issues proactively and communicate solutions to customers.
• Monitor shipment activity and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Partner with teammates in a pod-based environment where customer service and operations teams work together to support customer accounts.
• Assist with operational tasks and special projects as business needs require.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, fleet operations, customer service, or supply chain is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
