Develop and implement injection manufacturing activities in line with HSE, Energy requirements, customer expectations and plant objectives, ensuring optimum performance against IPIs.

• Ensure compliance with Corporate and Division HSE and Energy objectives and requirements.
• Coach and develop team leaders to maximize shift efficiency.
• Implement continuous improvement plans to maximize the efficiency and development of the injection molding process.
• Ensure parts are produced according to customer specifications and requirements.
• Participate in the implementation of the plant progress plan, encouraging staff involvement through follow‑up activities.
• Lead daily production meetings, adjust resources and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in monthly unit meetings to define short‑ and medium‑term organization plans for new product launches.
• Manage the injection area internal organization.
• Manage the team (organization, objectives, discipline, mindset, people development) according to department and project requirements.
• Maintain a high level of maintenance and cleanliness in the injection area.
• Propose and deliver the operating budget.
• Provide support on new program development in collaboration with the Program Development team.
• Participate in injection molding assessments.

• Engineering degree.
• Specialization in engineering plastics is a plus.
• Knowledge of quality, supply chain/flows management best practices.
• Internal and external customer orientated.
• Results oriented.
• Effective problem‑solving skills.
• Effective time management.
• Strong leadership with good communication skills to lead a team of supervisors, team leads, technicians and operators.
