Join to apply for the 3PL for VW MRO and Logistics Associate role at Schnellecke Logistics
Base pay range: $18.12/hr – $19.12/hr.
Schedule:
Tuesday‑Friday, 11:00 am – 9:45 pm. Weekend work may be occasional. Candidates should be flexible to cover any day, time, or shift as needed.
- Maintain safety and compliance, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and proper inventory organization to reduce risk.
- Ensure operational efficiency through accurate record‑keeping, SAP proficiency, and problem‑solving to prevent delays and costly errors.
- Guarantee customer satisfaction by handling materials promptly and accurately, meeting production timelines, and preserving client relationships.
- Collaborate with the team while working independently; strong communication skills and self‑direction are required.
- Maintain safety and housekeeping; keep warehouses organized and alert management to potential damage or safety concerns.
- Assist in MRO part activities as directed by VW management.
- Execute the company’s values, philosophy, mission, strategy, policies, and standards to achieve the company's vision.
- Communicate with VW management.
- Focus continuously on fostering a safe work environment.
- Follow safe work procedures and all safety rules at all times.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks assigned by VW supervisor or team lead.
- Issue requested materials to customers and prioritize line‑down conditions.
- Document stockouts properly.
- Enter issued materials (Material Request From; MRF) into SAP.
- Put away and label parts with VW unique number (Z‑number) in designated locations.
- Note and expedite any material‑related issues (incorrect count, broken, mixed parts, etc.).

- Analytical and conceptual thinking using logic and reason.
- Maintain accurate records; data entry and computer skills required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); SAP desired.
- Follow standardized work to ensure core process adherence.
- Cooperate with co‑workers and maintain regular, predictable attendance.
- Fluent in English.
- Operate equipment/tools such as laptop, scanners, walk‑behind lift.
- Work in a plant and office environment with professional etiquette.
- Passion for details.
- Physical requirements:
lift up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing and walking, use 12 ft rolling ladder, reach, pull, and climb as necessary.
