Production Packer; All Shifts

The Production Packer / Operator plays an essential role in assembling and packing our products, ensuring that every pail and lid meets our quality standards and is ready to exceed customer expectations.

• A Shift – 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• B Shift – 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• C Shift – 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• D Shift – 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM – 2‑2‑3 rotation: two days on, two days off, every other weekend off – Friday, Saturday, Sunday

• Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Install triggers, gaskets, tampers, vent plugs, metal/plastic spouts, and metal/plastic handles manually or with installer devices.
• Apply silicone to lids using a brush when required.
• Identify and report any product that does not meet quality standards before packing.
• Use a tape gun as needed to assemble boxes for lids.
• Operate the Child Warning Stamper to apply labels to pails.
• Accurately complete all required production and reject paperwork for your shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to lift and handle a maximum of 20 pounds repetitively, occasionally.
• Good hand and eye coordination a must.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Perform work from a standing position is required.

Note:

All work is performed in a manufacturing environment that may be hot or cold, and requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times (such as safety glasses and other protection as needed).
