• Direct Reports: 16-20
• Ensure inventory and reliability of materials at least 95% both physical and theoretical system of raw material warehouses, WIP and Shipments
• Ensure rotation of materials in all warehouses via PEPS system
• Manage human resources for distribution of tasks in the plant
• Record receiving and distribution of goods (production material) in warehouse

• Participate in annual inventory
• Participate and implement improvement projects for warehouse operations
• Update stock level for Material coordinators
• Follow YF iOS work instructions and other procedures concerning warehouse management
• Follow legal and other requirements concerning environment protection

High School Graduate or Equivalent. Area of Study:
General Studies/Supply Chain Management or similar. Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.

• 1-3 Minimum Years of Experience with warehouse/materials supervision with previous experience supervising people
• 1-3 Minimum Years of Experience with in the automotive industry
• Must be able and willing to work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces

• Able to pass forklift certification testing
• Detail oriented
• Experience with Microsoft systems
• Experience with warehouse management systems
• Experienced coaching employees (performance reviews/corrective actions)
• Counting/Basic math skills
