Main Mission:
Ensure that all painting means (paint line and auxiliaries) are kept in a functional and safe condition by performing predictive, preventive, and curative maintenance.
- Work according to HSE requirements.
- Plan and carry out preventive maintenance of machinery, systems, and utility services.
- Repair efficiently paint line and auxiliaries during downtime.
- Supervise external companies providing contract maintenance and repair.
- Reduce unscheduled machinery and equipment downtime.
- Participate in continuous improvement processes and activities.
- Maintain and update maintenance documentation.
- Maintain necessary spare parts inventory for painting.
- Support level 1 maintenance training.
- Ensure tidiness of work area (5S).
- Assist teammates during breaks when required.
- Proven experience (5 years) in maintenance of large production equipment.
- Computer skills.
- Proven problem‑solving skills.
- Customer‑oriented.
- Technician certification with specialty in mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, or pneumatics.
- Experience in robotics and application processes.
