Plant Manager – Chemical Manufacturing
We’re hiring a Plant Manager to lead daily operations at a chemical manufacturing facility in the Chattanooga, TN area. This role owns safety, quality, production, cost, and people leadership
, ensuring the plant operates efficiently and in full compliance.
- Lead site operations, maintenance, engineering, and production teams
- Own plant KPIs: safety, quality, productivity, on-time shipping, and budget
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
- Oversee maintenance planning, staffing, and plant improvements
- BS in Chemical Engineering or related field or 10+ years of chemical plant leadership experience
- Proven experience leading operations in a chemical or regulated manufacturing environment
- Strong safety mindset, leadership skills, and business acumen
- High-impact site leadership position
- Strong visibility with senior operations leadership
- Opportunity to drive real operational and cultural change
Salary: $150,000 - $185,000
