The ideal candidate will have experience with MIG welding, fabrication, blueprint interpretation, and producing high quality welds in a fast‑paced production environment. This role requires reliability, precision, and strong attention to detail.

• Perform MIG welding on metal components following production specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Cut, assemble, and fabricate metal materials using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Operate fabrication tools including grinders, torches, and measuring equipment.
• Follow safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and company manufacturing protocols.
• Meet production goals while maintaining consistency and quality.

• Proven MIG welding experience in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication methods and welding processes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation to and from Jasper Materials Company.
• Welding Certification Preferred But Not Required.
• Ability to complete any required prenemployment screenings.
