Overview
Ken Garner Manufacturing Co is actively hiring Weld Robot Operators for our weekend shift (5:00 am‑5:30 pm Friday‑Sunday). All tools and supplies are provided except for welding hood and steel‑toe shoes. Pay is weekly and performance reviews are regular.
PayBase pay range: $37,000.00 / yr – $57,200.00 / yr. Shift differential: $2.50 / hr.
Responsibilities- Load and unload weld rotators using overhead cranes.
- Monitor robots during the weld operation.
- Maintain attention to detail and focus; listen and learn as required.
- Previous weld experience is preferred.
- Ability to work the weekend shift and occasional overtime on Mondays and Thursdays.
- 10 paid holidays + 1 week vacation after 6 months, 2 weeks after 18 months, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance; family coverage ~ $100 / week.
- Company paid life insurance; optional family coverage at discounted cost.
- Uniforms provided. Pay is weekly.
