Position SummaryThe Production Technician is a critical member of Blue Line Solutions’ in‑house production team responsible for assembling, wiring, and preparing speed enforcement camera systems and related hardware used by law‑enforcement agencies nationwide. The role supports the production of high‑quality, technologically advanced public safety equipment and works closely with other production team members to meet build schedules, quality More information, and safety requirements.

- Perform production assembly of speed enforcement camera apparatus and related hardware.
- Assemble low‑voltage electrical and mechanical components according to wiring diagrams, schematics, and specification sheets.
- Connectാനുംaucery between components using hand tools such as screwdrivers, wire strippers, and crimpers.
- Crimp appropriate lugs and connectors to wire ends using hand crimping devices.
- Install wiring, switches, relays, and related components into frames, panels, and enclosures per design specifications.
- Lay out, route, bundle, and secure wiring using clips, bushings, holders, and protective materials.
- Position, align, and adjust components to support proper assembly and system function. jugu
- Apply wire labels and ensure assemblies are clearly identified and organized.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and workmanship throughout all production activities.
- Follow defined production schedules and timelines to meet departmental goals.
- Participate in safety meetings and follow all safety policies, including proper use of PPE and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Maintain awareness of safety manuals, ISO standards, and safety equipment locations.
- Identify and report quality issues, defects, or assembly concerns to production leadership
- Work collaboratively with other production technicians, leads, and supervisors to meet production demands.
- Assist with rework, repairs, or adjustments as needed to ensure product quality.
- Support other production‑related tasks as assigned based on workload and business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in electronics assembly or production/assembly required.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or electronics production environment is preferred.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, computers, and production equipment required.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
- Electronics and low‑voltage assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Manual dexterity and tool proficiency.
- Time management and reliability.
- Safety awareness and compliance.
- Soldering experience.
- Familiarity with DVOMs and basic electrical testing.
- Experience working under ISO or similar quality standards.
- Dependable, punctual, and safety‑conscious.

This position reports directly to the Director of Production and works closely with Production Leads and Engineering support staff.
Pay$18.00 – $19.00 per hour
