- Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school.
- Must maintain a valid Driver's license and CDL as needed.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Must have basic Microsoft Office Applications skills.
- Ability to conduct oneself in accordance with Company policies.
- Must be reliable and punctual and able to work with little supervision.
- Picks parts up at inspection and takes them to the Parts department.
Ensures all parts have part numbers stamped on them before being heat treated and processed by outside coaters, and process non-coated parts for subs. - Completes purchase orders for vendors. Соответственно
- Heat treats parts, if applicable, and sends to outside vendors for coating.
- Once the parts come back from the outside vendors for coating, parts are separated by job, then by sub according to the assembly manual and taken to Assembly once the job is complete.
- Performs in-house coating (painting) for rush jobs.
- Performs black oxide coating for parts requiring it.
- Completing required inventory-related functions such as project pick listsandard and cycle counts.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and dollies in loading and unloading vehicles, moving materials and storing items.
- Receives purchased items in and out of stock on computer.
- Restocks parts and supplies by properly identifying, counting and re-packaging (if necessary) the items being received, moving those items to their proper location, and then processing or creating appropriate documents.
- Pulls part requests from shop personnel or creates a computer-generated pick-ticket (with the part number, quantity and location according to work and phone orders), and daily requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Pulls all items requested and places them in the proper bin and/or prepares the items for immediate shipping.
- Provides assistance to any employee in need, enabling any parts-related functions to be completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Maintains and monitors a clean and safe work environment for the department.

- General knowledge of warehouse operations, procedures, equipment and terminology.
- Shipping and receiving procedures.
- Operation of a forklift.
- Space utilization and inventory techniques.

Preferred Experience
- Ability to read, write and speak proficiently.
- Understand the Company’s EHS Policy and how it relates to this job.
- Be aware of OSHA & EPA laws and regulations as well as the Company’s Plant Rules and Regulations that pertain to this job.
- Work in a safe and environmentally friendly manner and observe all company EHS procedures.
- Immediately notify the Supervisor if there is any safety hazard, any equipment not operating correctly, or if there are any questions regarding EHS procedures.
