Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations. We are conveniently located with easy access off I-27 near downtown Chattanooga. Responsibilities:

• Read, interpret and work from blueprints, layouts, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams.
• Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
• Performs all duties in a professional manner while maintaining the highest standard of productivity and quality.
• Maintain a clean, professional personal appearance at all times, meeting all Company standards for professionalism.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Fabricate and modify machines/equipment as required..
• Travel as needed to customer sites for Installation and repairs
• Know and follow all Company and customer safety rules, including maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly work area, fully participating in Company accident prevention and safety improvement activities.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with small power tools, hand tools, and measuring tools
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Must be honest, reliable, and dependable, and display a positive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Operate material handling equipment, cranes, hoists and man-lifts in the performance of the duties.
• Previous mechanical experience and ability to demonstrate mechanical competence
• Demonstrable and Functional knowledge of PC skills
• Meet all eligibility requirements to drive Company vehicles, including a current, valid driver’s license issued by the resident State.
• High initiative and self-motivation, requiring minimal supervision
• Ability to satisfactorily work alone with reasonable and appropriate instructions, training, and supervision, and ability to work with others respectfully and professionally in a team environment
• Able to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division calculations using whole numbers as well as decimals/fractions. Able to calculate and interpret common tape measurements.

Schedule:

- Full-time, Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime and weekends if required
