We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and tell the RP story in creative, compelling ways. This role is perfect for a strategic yet hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to make a big impact.
What You’ll DoAs our Marketing Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of marketing—strategy, execution, and optimization—to grow our brand presence and drive home sales. You’ll:
- Build and manage the annual marketing plan and budget.
- Track ROI and deliver regular performance reports with recommendations.
- Maintain and strengthen RP’s brand identity across all channels.
- Increase visibility in Chattanooga and Knoxville through campaigns, partnerships, and community engagement.
- Develop engaging social media content that resonates with target audiences.
- Manage website updates, SEO, and landing pages to drive leads.
- Lead email, blog, and digital ad campaigns.
- Partner with the sales team to create campaigns, signage, and collateral that drive community traffic.
- Coordinate events, promotions, and PR opportunities that showcase our lifestyle amenities.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for RP in the market.
- Monitor campaign performance across digital and traditional channels.
- Provide dashboards and insights to optimize efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–6 years of marketing experience (real estate/homebuilding experience a plus).
- Strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and analytics.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
