CHI Memorial Medical Group is offering an outstanding opportunity for a Urology Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant to join an established inpatient Urology team in Chattanooga, TN. • Option of Inpatient focused or Outpatient focused role
• Hours:
  
  Monday - Friday 8a-5p (Flexible with schedule)
• Obtain medical histories, Perform physical exams (within established protocol).
• Diagnose, treat and monitor chronic diseases (within protocol guidelines).
• Order diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe or recommend medications for treatment (within protocol guidelines).
• Assist providers with procedures and consults as necessary.
• Consult with doctor regarding patient symptoms to assure proper diagnosis and plan of treatment.

• Master's degree in nursing or Graduate of a Physician Assistant training Program
• 1-3 years previous experience in acute care or primary care setting or Equivalent RN experience
• Certified Nurse Practitioner, Certificate of fitness through American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Licensed as an RN in the state of TN, and Licensed as a CRNP in state of TN, required, or State PA License required
• AHA BLS required
