As a PRN Perioperative RN at Chattanooga Pain Center, you will play a crucial role in delivering high‑quality care to patients undergoing various pain‑relieving surgical procedures. Working closely with our experienced surgical team, you will contribute to ensuring the safety, comfort, and well‑being of our patients throughout the perioperative process.

• Collaborate with the surgical team to plan and implement patient care during the pre‑operative, intra‑operative, and post‑operative phases.
• Assess patients’ physical and emotional needs, providing appropriate nursing interventions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with anesthesia administration.
• Maintain a sterile and safe surgical environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies.
• Participate in continuous education and professional development opportunities.

• Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of 3 years of perioperative, pre‑operative, post‑operative, or OR nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Longevity in past roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced surgical environment.
