Patient Ratios: 1:6

Unit Staffing: 2–3 techs per shift, clinical coordinator (varies), charge nurse, manager, director

Equipment:
Wound vac, heparin gtt, suction, IV pumps, glucometers, bladder scanner, feeding pump, telemetry

Documentation System:
Editech

Scheduling:
No guaranteed block scheduling; every other weekend & holiday rotation

Floating Policy:
Floats between 2 North and 2 West

Patient Experience Expectations:
Positive attitude, meet patient/family needs, service recovery as needed, escalate concerns through chain of command
