Job Summary

Registered Nurse – Navigator works collaboratively with physicians, staff and other health care professionals to develop, implement, and evaluate integrated and comprehensive plans of care for patients. Ensures best practice and high quality standards of health care are maintained across the continuum.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing program
• Upon hire: 1 year experience in a clinic or acute hospital nursing setting required
• Bachelors of Nursing Preferred
• Registered Nurse: TN (RN: TN)
• Upon hire:
  Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR)
